Jake Hunter is the best thing to have happened to me! And his book on fat loss is Gospel to me!
I started off exercising 10 years ago and as we all do, learnt most of the moves by
observing others at the gym. Of course, tips from training partners and books did help. Those days most of the guys did the ‘split routine’ with chest-triceps, back-biceps and shoulder-legs being the most famous. These workouts did help me get big and muscular. However, I’ve always had a layer of fat underneath my skin and therefore my abs were never visible.
And then, I heard someone speak about Jake Hunter and his 4 Minute Abs workout. I was curious so I logged on to Jake’s website www.4MinuteAbs.com . What I saw and read made utter sense. His thoughts on fat loss as well as muscle building using intense exercise routines are a revelation. I was so impressed with his views that I went and bought Jake’s book about fat loss.
Since I have been following Jake’s routines,I am feeling like a new person. I have lost count of how many inches I have lost over my waist. All I can say is that I have gone down 2 notches with my belt, my abs are very visible and my posture has improved a million times.
